Top three things you can do in Member Services

The online account management tool called Member Services is a fantastic tool for anything and everything related to your CREDO Mobile account.

1. Make payments
You have several payment options conveniently available within Member Services. There’s an orange payment button on the member dashboard (the first page you’ll see when you log in) where you can make a one-time payment. You can also enroll in autopay, the worry-free way to pay your bill on time each month.

2. Stay on top of your mobile usage
It’s easy to keep an eye each on your monthly data, voice and text usage when you log in to Member Services. There’s a handy ticker that gives you a visual of how much of your plan you’ve used. Below that, you’ll see the date that your cycle resets.

You can also set up usage notifications for yourself and others on your account. If you have a teenager on your plan who tends to use a lot of data with apps like Snapchat, this is particularly handy!

3. Keep your information up to date
It’s very important that you keep your email address and mailing address up-to-date. We use this information to send you important notifications about your account, like when your monthly bill is available. To update your contact information select profile from the top navigation bar.

Not signed up for Member Services yet? Get started in three easy steps:

  1. Go to our Member Services page
  2. Enter your billing ZIP code and account number.
    Don’t know your account number? You can text ACCOUNT from your CREDO Mobile phone to 27336 and we’ll reply with your account number. You can also look for your account number on a recent bill.
  3. You’ll be prompted to create a username, password and security answer
